As an Independent non- partisan think tank, PILDAT has been analysing and publishing reviews on Citizens’ Report on Implementation of Election Commission’s Strategic Plan for the last decade.

The Citizens’ Report on Implementation of third Strategic Plan (2019-2023) is a continuation of the same efforts and presents an objective analysis on Election Commission of Pakistan performance and its implementation capacity of 11 strategic pillars. The report should be treated as a draft and its revised version will be updated, when Election Commission of Pakistan will share the progress of its third Strategic Plan (2019-2023) with us.
