PILDAT held a regional dialogue on issues of free, fair & credible elections challenges and the way to forward at Islamabad on June 29-30, 2003. The proceedings of the dialogue contain the speeches, presentations and papers presented by the speakers and resource persons at the dialogue, as well as transcripts of the Q&A sessions among the speakers and the

participants.
