Guidelines for Candidates

1. Before filling-out this Form, please carefully read Key Features/Terms & Conditions of the Young Politicians’ Fellowship Programme (YPFP). You should fill out this EoI and submit it to PILDAT only if you understand and agree with the objectives and requirements of this fellowship.
2. Your recent passport size coloured photograph must be attached to this Expression of Interest (EoI) form, alongside a copy of your computerized National Identification Card. Please note that all attachments with this EoI must be scanned in JPEG format and must not exceed 500 KB each.
3. A signed certificate (which can be downloaded from the website) must be attached to this form qualifying you as a member of the party. This is not applicable in the case of legislators (Senators, MNAs or MPAs) elected on the ticket of political parties and in good standing in the party on the date of application and during the fellowship programme.
4. All questions must be answered in the space provided.
5. Please use BLOCK LETTERS throughout Part A of the Form.
6. The form must be COMPLETELY filled in and signed by the candidate. Applications with ANY missing document will be disqualified.
