Privacy Policy for PILDAT CMS

PILDAT CMS is an internal-use application developed and operated by PILDAT – Pakistan Institute of Legislative Development and Transparency. This application is exclusively intended for authorized PILDAT staff. No external users, members of the public, or third parties are permitted to create, request, or hold an account within the application.
Access and Authentication
Access to the app requires secure login credentials. These credentials are created, managed, and assigned only by PILDAT’s IT Department. Users cannot sign up or create accounts within the app.
Information We Collect
The app may collect and process the following information:
- User Login Information (Name / Email): Used to authenticate authorized staff.
- Images uploaded from camera or gallery: Used exclusively for contact scanning and classification.
- Device Logs (Crash logs / performance diagnostics): Used to improve system reliability.
How We Use This Information
Information is used for the following purposes:
- To authenticate PILDAT staff and secure access.
- To convert and classify contact information using AI tools.
- To maintain audit, accuracy, and operational workflow.
Third-Party Processing
Image data may be securely transmitted to Google Gemini AI services for the purpose of text recognition and classification. Data is encrypted in transit. PILDAT does not sell, trade, or share user data with third parties.
Data Security
- All data transmissions are encrypted.
- Only authorized internal staff may access the system.
- Data is retained only as long as the staff member remains active or needed for operational records.
