Pakistan Institute of Legislative Development & Transparency (PILDAT) has conducted about three hundred training programs for parliamentarians since its inception in a bid to help them understand the parliamentary processes and better discharge their duties. In an exclusive interview with our correspondent Zahid Hameed, President of PILDAT Ahmed Bilal Mehboob said the purpose of establishing this organization was to contribute to the strengthening of democracy and democratic institutions in the country.
