The proceedings of the workshop for Punjab Assembly MPAs on provincial budget process present an account of knowledge and experience which was shared with Punjab MPAs on the issue of budget process and their role in it. The workshop especially discussed the concerns of MPAs belonging to a relatively well-endowed province as compared to others. The workshop, in a step-by-step detail, discussed the budget process and strategies for MPAs to influence the budget process and effectively participate in that for reflecting the concerns and priorities of people into the budget. These workshops and their proceedings at each provincial headquarter not only discussed peculiar issues of budget process in each province but also the issues faced particularly by each province and its representatives.
