A series of Skills-Building Workshops on Conflict Management: Negotiation Strategies and on Conflict Management: the Mediation Process was organised by PILDAT with support of the British High Commission, Islamabad for members of the Parliament on February 24, 2009 and December 16, 2009 respectively in Islamabad while Skills Building Workshops on Negotiation Strategies was organised for members of the Provincial Assembly of the Sindh on February 26, 2009 in Karachi and a joint workshop of the same series was hosted by PILDAT for members of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, members of the Legislative Assemblies of Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan on August 13, 2009 in Islamabad. Representatives of Parliamentary Staff and members of youth wings of political parties also participated in these workshops.
