PILDAT held a roundtable discussion on “Reservation of Seats for Technocrats in the Assemblies” on March 04, 2002. The aim of the roundtable was to discuss the proposed induction of technocrats into the assemblies, and to gather input from various stakeholders on the issue. The proceedings of the roundtable contain the speeches, presentations and papers presented at the roundtable, as well as transcripts of the Q&A sessions among the speakers and participants.
