In keeping with its agenda to enhance the capabilities of the legislators through a legislative capability-building programme, PILDAT, in association with the United Nations Development Programme – UNDP, held a ‘Needs Assessment Session’ to discuss and finalise the Legislative Capability-building Programme through suggestions and recommendations of the veteran legislators, new legislators, intellectuals, academicians and opinion leaders on Wednesday, December 04, 2002 at Lahore.
