What is the demarcation of responsibilities of the centre and provinces on labour laws and related issues? In the absence of the role of centre on labour laws and standards, how will the state’s existing commitments on international codes on labour be implemented? This report presents synthesis of recommendations presented at the Briefing while giving an overview of the proceedings.
