Federal Budget 2011-2012 was presented in the National Assembly of Pakistan on June 03, 2011 and debate on the Budget started in National Assembly and the Senate from June 06, 2011. PILDAT organized a Briefing Session for the Parliamentarians on “How to Effectively Participate in Parliamentary Budget Debate” on June 06, 2011 in Islamabad. The purpose of the session was to assist the Parliamentarians to make a more informed and meaningful debate on the Budget 2011-12. This report carries details of the proceedings of the Briefing Session.
