This Parliamentary Development Course on How to be an effective Parliamentarian was organized with a special emphasis on building the capacities of women Parliamentarians. The short course was designed to focus on developing an understanding of the dynamics of effective Parliamentary leadership with the aim of equipping women MPs with the skills necessary to discharge their duties of legislative leadership including utilizing existing avenues and tools such a research in order to play a more meaningful and effective role in Parliament.
