This case study titled Pakistan’s Trade with India has been developed as part of PILDAT’s ongoing initiative to examine the impact of inter-institutional dynamics on key governance failures in Pakistan. Through a historical and institutional lens, this case study seeks to understand why successive efforts to normalize trade relations between Pakistan and India have failed.
