PILDAT Score Card on the Assessment of the Quality of Governance: First Year of the Government of Sindh: May 30, 2013 – May 29, 2014 is the first of its kind. It assesses the quality of governance in Sindh upon the completion of the first year of the Government in Office since May 2013 General Election. This Score Card is primarily based on data provided by the Provincial Government of Sindh. PILDAT supplemented the data referring to several publications and websites both the Provincial Government and other entities such as international agencies, think tanks and media reports.
