PILDAT Score Card on the Assessment of Quality of Governance: First Year of the Government of Balochistan: June, 7, 2013 – June 6, 2014 is the first of its kind that assesses the quality of governance in Balochistan upon the completion of the first year in office since the May 2013 General Election. This Score Card is based primarily on data provided by the Government of Balochistan. PILDAT supplemented the data by referring to several publications and websites of the Provincial Government and other entities such as international agencies, think tanks and media reports.
