Islamabad, October 16: Vice Chairman Pakistan Bar Council, Azam Nazeem Tarar (center) led a key stakeholders’ consultative session on setting policy recommendations to bring urgent reforms in the Criminal Prosecution Systems of Punjab and Sindh. The session was attended by Senator Farhatullah Babar (right); Senior Advocate Supreme Court, Asma Jahangir (far right); Senior Advocate Supreme Court, Shahid Hamid; Prosecutor General Punjab, Ihtesham Qadir; Vice Chairman Islamabad Bar Council, Shoaib Shaheen; President Islamabad High Court Bar Association, Raja Aleem Khan Abbasi; Secretary Supreme Court Car Association, Chaudhary Muhammad Maqsood Ahmad; Anchor & Bureau Chief Capital TV, Murtaza Solangi; President PILDAT, Ahmed Bilal Mehboob (left) and other key personalities. The consultative session was organized by PILDAT as part of “Reforms in Rule of Law in Pakistan” project, supported by Development Alternatives Inc. (DAI) under the Enhanced Democratic Accountability and Civic Engagement (EDACE) project.
